Patagonia is a vast, beautiful piece of land in the South of Argentina and Chile.
In this page I'll concentrate on the Argentinian part of Patagonia, which encompasses one third of the country.
Its boundaries are the Colorado River in the North and the Island of Tierra del Fuego in the South.
With its magnificent mountains, quiet valleys and spectacular shore line, this region is a dazzling display of beautiful landscapes and exuberant wildlife.
There are three very different areas with their own unique special character: ANDES, STEPPE and COAST.
