Trivia:

• After finding out that the book was printed in China, quite a few fans were mightily displeased, what with the band's stance on Tibetan oppression and whatnot. The Ten Club offered refunds and appologies, as they had apparently screwed-up. I believe that the book was actually printed in Hong Kong, but it was after the island had reverted to Chinese rule.
  
  
• The hardcover edition of the book has been available to Ten Club members since Christmas of 1998 and is not available in stores. It contains pictures not featured in the commercial version.
