- Vs. debuted on Billboard's Top 200 Albums listing at number 1 for the week of 8 Oct 1993.
- Vs. also set a record for the fasting selling album on SoundScan's system of album tracking, racking up 950,378 copies in it's first week. The previous record holder was Guns n' Roses Use You Illusion 1 and 2. Over 350,000 of those copies were sold within the first 24 hours of release.
- Original copies of the album were shipped untitled. The name Vs. was added to subsequent runs, although the proposed name of the album was 'Five Against One'.
- DigiPak copies of Vs. are floating around out there, but they're relatively rare compared to the standard jewel case version.
