As alternative medicine becomes more and more accepted, people are turning to many methods to improve their health.  Most of us love a good massage, and nothing beats having your feet rubbed after a hard day out in the world.  It is even nicer when we know something about what we are doing!  There seem to be as many charts out there for Reflexology as there are schools, so I have chosen the simplest and most common ones I could find.  If you save the image, you can even print them out for handy reference the next time someone says to you, "My feet are so sore!"
