Raising a child in the Pagan way can be a difficult thing in today's world. This page is for the children and their parents who have chosen to walk this path. Submissions of ideas, advice, workings, experiences, etc. are always welcome.
Yule Books I like books a lot. Sometimes it's hard to find good pagan books for kids, so when I find one I'll write about it here.
The first book is called The Winter Solstice by Ellen Jackson. This book is really good because it starts with Pagans! It tells how lots of things that other people use this time of year came from old Pagan rituals and beliefs. I think it would be really good to give to a friend who isn't Pagan so maybe they could understand you better.
The next book is called Return of the Light: 12 Tales of Winter Solstice from around the World by Carolyn Edwards. This book is good because it shows how Solstice has always been important to many people around the world. It has stories from Africa, Asia, and lots of other places. I really liked it a lot!Have a good Yule and I hope you get a good book!
