Lazio's 2-0 victory at the Olympic stadium on Sunday night completed a historic fourth derby triumph in as many matches this season, between cup and league games.
"The objective is the league title," said the club's owner, before adding: "Lazio have the right players to fight on all three fronts, as they are doing now, and to see it right through to the end.
"On Wednesday, in the Italian Cup semi-final second leg, there won't just be a place in the final at stake, but also supremacy in the championship.
"Beating Juventus would give us the confidence to head for the top."
Cragnotti is playing games with the Turin club, as Juventus have tacitly decided to curb their interest in the cup, and to focus on the Serie A and next week's crucial Champions League quarter-final second leg at Dynamo Kiev.
Though Lazio are set to be at full strength, Juventus coach Marcello Lippi will field a team largely made up of reserves, with the attack being led by Uruguayans Daniel Fonseca and Marcelo Zalayeta, who makes his full debut.
Cragnotti went on: "Being second in the table is better than winning four derbies. I believe we can make the Champions League next season... after five years, we're now up there with the top clubs."
The Italian tomato sauce baron is meanwhile determined to hold on to his 10-goal Croatian striker Alen Boksic, who opened the scoring on Sunday night.
"That's no problem -- Alen is going to be with Lazio for life," said Cragnotti. "This is a major club and its players have to be the best. I've said it so many times before and now I'm being proved right."
Lazio are also on course for the last four of the UEFA Cup after beating Auxerre 1-0 in Rome in the quarter-final, first leg.
