BRINDLE – In Kingston, N.H., November 7, 1992, Mr. Richard H, "Mike" Brindle of 46 Rockrimmon Rd.,
Kingston and formerly of Boston Rd., Ward Hill, Husband of Grace (Chaput) Brindle, and father of
Michael P. Brindle, David R. Brindle, Patricia LaBelle, Barbara Bossi and Suzanne Schuh. His funeral will
be held Wednesday at 9:45 a.m. from the BERUBE-COMEAU Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill,
followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Mary Mother of the Church, Newton, N.H. Burial will be in
Greenwood Cemetery, Kingston. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m. Donations in his memory may be made to Seacoast Hospice, 10 Hampton Rd., Exeter, N.H.

KINGSTON, N.H. – Richard H. "Mike" Brindle, 83, of 46 Rockrimmon Road, and formerly of Haverhill, Mass., died Saturday night at his home. Born in Haverhill on Feb. 28, 1909, he was the son of George and Zenobie Florence (Girrior) Brindle. He was a resident of Boston Road in Ward Hill for many years before moving to Kingston five years ago. He attended Haverhill public schools and graduated from the former Haverhill Trade School in 1930. He retired in 1974 from Western Electric in North Andover, Mass, where he had worked for 18 years as a millwright. He had previously worked at Ft. Devens. He attended Mary Mother of the Church in Newton and was a former parishioner at Holy Angels Parish in Plaistow. He was a member of the St. Jude Council of the Knights of Columbus, the Telephone Pioneers of America, the GREATER Haverhill Art Association, and the Exeter Genealogical Society. He was a former member of the Communications Workers of America and in his youth, was a member of the Lafayette Hockey Club. Among his many interests, Mr. Brindle enjoyed painting and chair caning. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Grace (Chaput) Brindle, Kingston; two sons, Michael P. Brindle, Bradford, and David R. Brindle, Haverhill; three daughters, Patricia (Mrs. Norman) LaBelle, Suzanne (Mrs. Charles) Schuh, both of Kingston, and Barbara (Mrs. Richard) Bossi, Newbury Park, Calif.; four sisters, Alice (Mrs. Emil) Legare, Irene (Mrs. Louis) Samoisette, both of Salem, Antoinette (Mrs. John) Capo, Seabrook Beach, and Helen (Mrs. Edmund) Pearson, Mobile Ala.; 12 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. His funeral will be 9:45 a.m. Wednesday from the Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill. A funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. in Mary Mother of the Church, Newton. Grace E. BrindleKINGSTON, N.H. -- Grace E. (Chaput) Brindle, 86, 46 Rockrimmon Road, died yesterday morning at home.Primarily a housewife and homemaker, she also worked for several years at Ace Plastics in Haverhill, Mass. Born in Haverhill, she was raised and educated in Merrimac, Mass. She attended the Wellesley Children's Home, where she was trained as a pediatric practical nurse and later worked there for a brief time. A resident of Haverhill for most of her life, she lived in the city's Ward Hill section before moving to Kingston 13 years ago. She was a member of Mary Mother of the Church Parish of Newton. Mrs. Brindle was a former member of the Merrivales Square Dancing Club. She was known by her family as "Amazing Grace." The widow of Richard H. "Mike" Brindle, she leaves sons and daughters-in-law Michael P. and Kathy of Haverhill's Bradford section, and David R. and Ollie of Haverhill; daughters and sons-in-law Patricia L. and Norman LaBelle of Kingston, Barbara J. and Richard Bossi of Newbury Park, Calif., and Suzanne M. and Charles Schuh of Kingston, with whom she lived; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are tonight from 6 to 9 at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Route 121-A, Plaistow. Funeral services will be tomorrow at 9 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. in Mary Mother of the Church, Newton. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Kingston.
