grilled chicken breasts, meat and fish









Everyone seems to like the flavor of barbecued food and you can attain this grilled flavor right in your own kitchen with no fuss, no mess and a simple clean-up pan. I am referring to the "grill pan" similar to the picture above.

I have used a few and prefer the square T-fal pan. The barbecued food is great and the pan rinses clean like a dish ... no rubbing or scrubbing. Chicken breasts, steak, lamb chops, pork chops, fish, hot dogs, hamburgers and even vegetables are superbly cooked. This pan is a great investment!

ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breasts
  • McCormick's Montreal Chicken Grill Mates spice
  • Pam

instructions

  • Spray pan with Pam / heat
  • Open breasts wide / sprinkle spice lightly
  • Brown evenly on both sides
  • Cooking time 10 - 12 min


meat

ingredients

  • Meat of your choice
  • Liquid smoke / optional
  • McCormick's Montreal Steak Grill Mates spice
  • Pam

instructions

  • Spray pan with Pam / heat
  • Sprinkle meat with liquid smoke / let stand 30 min
  • Sprinkle meat lightly with spice
  • Fry on med heat / brown both sides
  • Cooking time 15 - 20 min / med well


fish


ingredients

  • Fish of your choice
  • Salt & pepper
  • Paprika or dry dill
  • Pam

instructions

  • Spray pan with Pam / heat
  • Season fish
  • Brown evenly both sides
  • Cooking time 7 - 12 min
