Friends Don't Run
When a friend is having problems and needs
support from you,
You Always seem to be the first one there
to help see them through,
Friends do not run because of another's pain,
They support you even more and show you
what you've gained.
It is up to you to listen as your friend is
just concerned,
As they try to help you with the things
that they themselves have learned.
So when the times are tough and you feel
blue,
Try to think about what your friend has
told you.
Your friend will help you to see,
That caring about yourself is the key.
Only you know in you Heart that running is
not what you should do.
For your friends are there through the good and
bad to help you see things through.
When I am tired and feeling blue,
I Look for my friends to turn to.
SO Thank You Friends for being here,
When I need a Friend who is sincere.
May True friends never part,
For True friends have a special place deep
within my heart.
