Wanting
I am wanting to live a normal life,
Being a mom and also a wife.
As for friends I have few,
For they don't understand what I'm going
through.
I am wanting to be able to walk out and
explore,
Just what is outside of my door.
I feel isolated in a world so grand.
I really do not understand.
I am wanting to be able to do what you do,
For you have a freedom that is so true.
I am wanting to see what it is you see,
In a people who also are like me.
I know there are many who feel like I do,
When nothing looks good and all things
are blue.
I am wanting to not have to take pills
every day,
That are supposed to take these feelings
away.
I am wanting Freedom, to live like you do,
And to find the Happiness found in you.
