The Panadolls are an experienced Sydney punk rock group who are lead by psychotic lead singer Kenny Archibold. Road Hog is their latest release that features two new songs as well as two previously released tracks. The two newer songs, Road Hog and Used Car Salesman, feature new guitarist Mick Poole from Sydney stoner-rock band, 300 St Claire while the two other songs, Gypsy Twilight and Bury Me feature old guitarist Al Creed, who is now playing for The New Christs. I have to admit that I like the older tracks better although the EP as a whole is better than the band’s last album From Glitter To The Gutter as not only are the songs more straight ahead punk rock but the sound is rawer, louder and more in your face. All you young try hard pretenders better give way to these old punks or risk getting run over.
