If you answer yes to one of these six questions then you need to call me:

Do you wish your children would change their last name?

When you looked at your family genogram did you discover a briar bush instead of a tree?

Did you expect the fruits of your labor to produce peace and rest?

Does your rage-o-meter register higher then your speedometer?

Is your rage increasing faster then your investments but paying worse dividends?

Could you tape an argument with your spouse and play that during the next conflict while using the time to clean the garage, and have more satisfaction in the outcome?
