He will only kill the gear that he has targetted, even if another enemy is closer and and is easier to hit, for example. -Background and History: He had a humongous education, and focused on engineering and war towards the end of his education. He decided that he would be in control of his life if he became a mercenary, even though the conditions were awful compared to life in any army. The only thing the army of a nation did was fuel the lust of some political leader. As a mercenary, he could choose his master. -Birthplace: Dazil -Mother: Anne Gerrard, after retiring from her law firm made a lot of money on a book that showed how to utilize loopholes in Ave's law, then followed it up with a similar book for Kislev. She moved to a private island before they could arrest her. -Father: Kopto Gerrard, created an incredibly addictive arcade game. Because it was so addictive, Kopto made millions of G on it. The mere fact that he made a sequel generated even more revenues. He purchased a private island and built his own mansion and had enough money to fix the bad back that building the mansion gave him. -Siblings: Zeffrem Gerrard, age 43, who is the CEO of this "does everything" company. He provides some funding every now and then because he knows how important Hunter's freedom is. However, Ave and Kislev agree that his company has too much economic power and are thinking of filing antitrust suits against it. Also, Castor Gerrard, age 35 who like Hunter, is militaristic and wishes for true freedom. Except he's a terrorist. The Ave army killed him by shelling his hideout with heavy artillery. I mean, you'd do the same thing if some guy was setting off NUKES in your capital. -Mate: none -Children: none -Other relations: Alistaire Ford, Mercury Antioch, Vestu Honda, all Hunter's wingmen. -Secondary Skills: Could qualify for a doctor, could also become a blacksmith, or even a scientist. But, Hunter didn't seem to like those professions, even though they'd generate a steady flow of money while keeping his independence. -Abilities/Disabilities: You can only remember so much at any one time, which means Hunter may forget some piece of knowledge he needs to accomplish an objective. -Hobbies: Ha! Actually, militarizing his whole life. -Current residence: Kislev, looking for a contract -Current Life Conflicts: none -Other notes: Hunter is currently seeking a contract from Kislev. He's hoping for something that's not an assault on Ave, because that would turn him into a part of the Kislev army. Hunter is skilled enough to pilot any gear he finds, although he prefers his Armageddon the most -Gear name: Armageddon -Gear description: Hunter-Killer, A moderate-sized gear that I'd probably have to draw to show you what it looks like. -Class: Hunter-Killer. It is not only agile but carries tremendous firepower, making them the kings of the Gear family. -Primary function: The ideal Gear for a mercenary, because it is not only agile but also has tremendous firepower. The fact that the lasers fire at the speed of light also allows for great accuracy. The missiles provide a punch for medium range. Something interesting about the lasers is that the Armageddon could practically shoot down Solaris if he knew where it was. They should be thankful Hunter does not know of their existence. -Weapon(s): A laser cannon in the form of a gun, two lasers mounted in the side of each arm, a missile launcher inside each shoulder that pops up when it need to fire, the appendages -Abilities/Disabilities: If a melee gear such as the Weltall gets its chance, the Armageddon is GONE. Plus, the Armageddon builds up heat quickly which makes for fast shutdown in Battling. The Armageddon has fairly low armor when compared to other gears in order to enhance mobility. It has a fusion engine with a storage battery for maximum power output and the ability to run for a long time without have to tune up for fuel. Because of the unique design of the Armageddon, it is VERY costly to repair. -How your character acquired the gear: Had it custom-built by an underground manufacturer. Hunter needed his brother's help on most of the payment.
