when he is at fault.
-Background and History:        Shin Sha grew up in the city of Kislev, he has been a
battling fan since small.  His father is a rich businessmen who owns a gear excavation
business.  Shin Sha has been taught martial arts by his father since small, especially in the
use of sword combined with punch and kicks.

chi-based attacks.

-Other notes:  Although he is a battler, Shin Sha only visits the battling arena once a
month.  The rest of the time is spend excavating ruins along with his father and looking for
new and improved parts for Halcyon.  Although Shin Sha cannot build a gear part from scratch,
he has the ability to fit any gear part into a gear.

-Gear name:     Halcyon
-Gear description:      Halcyon was a meddium-attakck gear when given to Shin Sha.  Shin Sha
self-modified the gear with lighter armor and increased speed output for battling.  With
bird-like wings on the back, Halcyon has high mobility and can increase ether attack by a
large amount.

-Primary function:      Battling, surprise attack, and hand-to-hand combat.

-Weapon(s):  Equipped with a long range laser cannonon on the back, sharp claws on both hand,
and a sword.
-Abilities/Disabilities:  Halcyon's wings serve as a recharger, absorbing light and wave
energy from its surroundings for fuel.  Eventhough Halcyon has low fuel capacity, it is made
up by its ability to recharge a large amount of fuel.  By flapping its wings, Halcyon also
has the ability to produce vacuum slash, which can cut through steel.  Halcyon's special
ether ability is wind base attacks, it can produce the perfect wind shield which can block
fire-based, water-based, and earth-based attack.  Chi-based attack however, can penetrate and
destroy the shield quite easily.

-How your character acquired the gear:  Shin Sha's father, Ten Chin, had received a contract
with ethos to excavate the ruins under the aquavy islands.  When an unfinished gear was found
in a gear production plant in one of the ruins, Shin Sha was given the gear by his father as
his 21th birthday present.  Ten Chin Yang was able to give Halcyon to his son since king
Sigmund was cutting down ethos' power in Kislev at the time, therefore enabling Ten Chin to
make the discovery of the gear a secret.
