Neuman Systems Model 1999

The Seventh Annual International Neuman Systems Model Symposia to be held in Vancouver, British Columbia on April 07 - 10, 1999.  This years theme is "Diversity and Dialogue:  Gateway to the Next Millennium". 
There is a call for abstracts from professionals and students.
