Katherine Bell, every since the character walked on screen years ago she's been getting on my nerves. She tried to scam Scotty but Lucy knew she was bullshit. Ever since she's just roamed around being a useless character trying to be a second rate villaness but was never really good at it. Now all she does is give batman these glazed over stares for minutes on end. If only Batman had aimed a little higher or if reggie had put more drugs in her drink maybe we wouldn't have to put up with her any more but what can you do.
