Main Meal
·Roast Chicken pieces with a rich chicken gravy
·Beef Olives rolled with herb filling covered in a rich sauce.
·Chicken Drumsticks in a creamy capsicum sauce or plain chicken gravy.
·Pork Chop Stroganoff.
·Veal Provencial with tomatoes and mushrooms.
·Sherried Mushroom Chicken served with whole mushrooms and a creamy rich sauce.
All meals are accompanied with rice or a variety of vegetables in season.
Dessert
·Individual Pavalovas with Passionfruit Cream.
·Apple and Sultana Cinnamon Crepe’ with Custard and Cream.
·Pears in Burgundy Sauce served with Whipped Cream.

·Creamy Chicken Filo Strudel.
