ILLUSTRATED BY NOSTRADAMUS

An ancient and unpublished codex of Nostradamus, found in a Public
Library in Rome, is an illustrated manuscript of the famous prophecys
of Michel Nostradamus. Dedicated to his son C‚sar,it contains 80 water
colour painted im…ges ( But 70 have no caption ! ),in which are repre-
sented, with some temporal mess ( easily reassembled ), 32 Catholic
Church Popes,from the epoch of Pope Urbano VIII ( Maffeo Barberini )
(1623-1644) .
This images had symbolic conexions with historical events of past
Vatican history that we can esily understand, of the present and of
nearby future; that, in a not very difficult way, can be conected with
prophetical quatrains related to Popes following keys of temporal
rearrangement established by Nostradamus himself, that C. Ramotti
describes in this and precendent books.
( He already published in 1987 a Wave-Key based on the Astrolabe *).
With this keys, elements of a Temporal Science ,very similar to
Hebrew's Kabbala, that the author made easier, elaborating it faster
with computers, clearly emerge the two next illustrated Popes,with
deciphered texts obtained using his new Kabalistic Extraction 1-5-5-5
from quatrains already put in order in 1987. Catholic Church will be
renewed with Petrus Secundus , the New Saint Peter, the Good Pastor
that converses to all of us with simplicity and leads us to a
New Age of Happiness and Peace .

Ottavio Cesare RAMOTTI,for many years computer program analyst in Rome,
in the Electronic Interforce Center of Polizia di Stato, is in Italy a
famous interpreter of Michel Nostradamus. ( Has taken part to TV-shows
in RAI (Italian Public TV-broadcaster) in which he discussed his methods
with some of the principal interpreters of Nostradamus, like the french
Jean Charles de FONTBRUNE and Renuccio BOSCOLO ( MISTERI of RAI-2 ).
His peculiarity is that He doesn't read directly the quatrains,
but reelaborates them with keys for deciphering and ordering, indicated
by M. Nostradamus himself in the famous DOMUS MOROZZO LAPID in Turin
(see q. VIII.66 ). O.C. Ramotti has applied this deciphering process
to more than 600 quatrains, showing us a much more complete and
articulated picture of the future than that obtained with traditional
interpretation of Nostradamus's Centuries .
He has written too:"Le Chiavi di Nostradamus",publisher MEDITERRANEE,
1987 and 1990 in which describes in detail the mechanism used to put in
order quatrains ( Of the same theme ) putting them in what He calls
" Branches of a Tree ".

In his NOESIS's white book " SCIENZA TEMPORALE e..." ,( 1995 )
author Ottavio Cesare RAMOTTI presents his new system (1992) useful for
deciphering of Nostradamus's quatrains: a Computerized Kabalistic system
that extracts letters from quatrains following a numerical pattern :
1-5-5-5,1-5-5-5,1-5-5-5,1-5-5-5,1-5-5-5 repeated stepping 15 times from
begining of each verse and then the inverse .(* Recall that is the same
number of the year of first publishing of first three centuries in Lyon:
MAY the FOURTH 1555 ) ).

(* As IONESCU and BELTIKHINE wrote, it could be that Centuries were ready
years before, but M. Nostradamus was waiting for this date, maybe because
M.N. wanted to put in evidence this number )
This method was discovered by Ramotti in the DOMUS MOROZZO Lapid in Turin
(see q. VIII.66 ) With this system we obtain 32 lines with a un maximum
of 20 letters per line :

THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE OPENING DISCOURSE , ALL IN ITALIAN * !!!
That can be translated this way :
" After the EXACT PATH,read it carefully,if you read it erroneusly,
you will go into worst dark, but you will learn . Eretics
You will have, my Italian people, an occasion of love ....."
( this is not the end: these are only the first four lines of 32 !!!)
Now we should calculate, the statistical probabilities of casual
obtaining the Italian word : " ESATTO "
1ø)- We must consider that we are NOT deciphering a " Random " text
obtained with a total casual proceeding ( As an example You can obtain
words using an Icosahedral dice with letters instead of numbers )
but ours is enriched with vocals (instead of 5 on 25 letters, (20%)
there are some like 55 on 131 (§ 40%) and that is empoverished of some
not much frequently used consonants as:
J , Y , H , X , Z . ( In Provenzal there is not : W ).
2øa)- For the purposes of combinatory calculation we can consider
letters as numbers in a die .
The possibility to obtain two numbers in sequence is equal to
the multiplication of the fractionary probability of each one,
as an example, throwing ONE die, the posibility of obtaining
SIX times SIX ( IN AN SINGLE CONTINOUS SEQUENCE ) is equal to :
(1/6 x 1/6 x 1/6 x 1/6 x 1/6 x 1/6 )= 1 / 46656
( If you're playing with 6 dice divide 46656 for six, you obtain:
one sequence in 7776 group launches ).
2øb)-Gambling with two dice the probability to obtain SEVEN is much more
bigger: ( since six combination are valid : 1 + 6 = 7 , 2 + 5 = 7 ,
3 + 4 = 7 , 4 + 3 = 7 , 5 + 2 = 7 , 6 + 1 = 7). The probability is :
(1/6 x 1/6)+(1/6 x 1/6) +(1/6 x 1/6)+(1/6x1/6)+(1/6x1/6)+(1/6x1/6)=
6 x ( 1/36 ) = 6/36 = 1 / 6 One in Six !
( Call James RANDY and defy Him ! (He will win the same!) Probability
to obtain SIX times SEVEN (two dice) in sequence is 1/46656 .
3ø)-If we throw 46656 times a die we should have 100% of probability
to obtain this 6-6-6-6-6-6 sequence ONCE ..
4ø)-In this case we had 640 tries = ( 32 lines x ( 20 max of theorical
letters ))
5ø)- To know how many faces have our six DICE is difficult, but not
impossible,if we consider that Provenzal uses 25 letters,that vocals
are double enriched and and that,( Please accept it for good ), some
5 letters are less used ( Y, H, Z, J, Z )( 25 - 5 = 20 letters )
E S A T T O = 2/20 x 1/20 x 2/20 x 1/20 x 1/20 x 2/20 = 1 / 8.000.000
if we multiplicate by 640 tries -> 1 / 12.500 ( That means that in
order to obtain 100% theoric possibility to obtain it,we must develop
12.500 quatrains ) ( But there are other 10 words with similar
meaning in Italian, divide this by 10 )
( But we obtained E S A T T O in the very 1st line of the 1st q., and
consider that it makes sense with the rest of extraction:
this is what I call a FACT !!!)
6ø)- Even if the rest of the extraction were trash, ESATTO has valour by
itself !!!. ( But it is not Trash, many times we can clearly see
DETAILED NO-NONSENSE FUTURE in it !!!,and we can find longer words )
7ø)- Otherways original text of the development was in Provenzal and the
most logic thing would be to obtain a text mainly in Provenzal, and we
must admit that we sometimes obtain words in French, English, German,
but when this case verifies we obtain apropriate words as FLEET
(in q. I22 ): for an American FLEET under the BIKINI atomic explosion .
Several times they are opening, closing or commenting words as:
"plus" or "Courage", ecc. and Latin words of farewell as " requie "
per due ( Means Good bye for two !)( in q. X-05 ).

About the very clear meaning and interpretation that this codex has
for the understanding of the TIME-SPACE structure of the Universe.
CONSIDER:
That the source of this drawings and paintings is a XVII century codex
that was not found buried somewhere, but it was neglected for decades
in a very reliable institution : an Italian National Library :
BIBLIOTECA NAZIONALE DI CASTRO PRETORIO !

Remember that the Library itself guarantees about the authenticity of
this codex and adds quietly, as if M.N. where some ordinary author,
that it was sent as a gift by Nostradamus first son ( C‚sar N. )
to the Cartusiane Fathers following orders of his father .
The codex was traced by a Monk, following orders of M. or C.Nostradamus
(M.N.himself owner of it from a codex of 1200 drawn by Joachino DA FIORE
an Italian Prophet (Cistercensis Friar) from Southern Italy ( Calabria ).
BUT M.N added to it many others drawing and changed the order of the
drawing that graphicated form the emblem of M.N.
PRECEDENTS :
This Codex was found in 1982 in the same Library by a group of journalist
of the Florentine magazine " GIORNALE DEI MISTERI " that were doing an
enourmous review of ancient codexes with any interest for their the maga-
zine. After that they published a small book that practicly went through
unnoticed. In this were FOUR IMAGES that came from entirelly illustrated
CODEX with the NAME " VATICINIA "
Giancarlo Rossi .
