One half of the fee is due with registration and the balance due upon arrival
at the retreat. Please make check or money order payable to RENAISSANCE
RETREAT Attn: Dr. Rowen Dunnigan. When we receive your completed registration,
we will call you to confirm your reservation, and send you the ENERGY
ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION questionairre. Register early, space is limited.
To register for a personal consultation only, please fill out the above space
for name, address and phone number, and mail this form with your check or
money order for $150(made out to "Renaissance Research Foundation" attn: Research
and Analysis) back to us. We will send you the ENERGY ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION
questionairre. Upon receipt we will send you the recommendation of Dr. Dunnigan.
You will also receive a copy of "THE JOURNEY TO HEAL/HANDBOOK TO HIGHER HEALTH,
authored by Dr. Dunnigan. The evaluation and handbook will contain everything you
need to know to get started on your personal path to a healthier life style.
