Food is of course important to any weight loss program. At this retreat you will be shown how to use food to your best advantage. We call our plan the "THE NO-STARVATION FOOD PLAN". You don't have to go around always feeling hungry to lose weight. We will show you how to prepare good solid food that taste good., fills you up and at the same time helps you to lose weight. It is important to be comfortable, and not stressed out about trying to lose weight. Being hungry is stressful and causes many people to abandon a weight-loss plan.
