Are the checks currently in place enough or should more exist? Such issues are not easily defined. They fall into legal shades of gray. After all, the exchange of information is voluntary. Accuracy is implied. The web-site is providing a means (the consultation) to an end (the prescription). Proper qualifications are implied. All is done under the protection of the First Amendment constitutional right to the freedom of speech.
