Sometimes being gay isn't easy. There are so many different issues to deal with ranging from coming out to relationship difficulties. It isn't always easy to find resources, so here are some great ones. Between them, they cover just about anything you could have questions about or need help with. I hope you find them useful.


This site provides information and support for anyone. It deals with coming out issues and just about anything else you might need support or help for.

Youth Electronic E-Mail Lists:
The premise for YOUTH lists is to establish an outlet for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, qeustioning, and straight suppotive youth ages 25 and under to talk with each other concerning issues such as coming out, schools, parents, friends, relationships, and other gay-related and non-gay-related youth issues.

Youth Resource:
This site provides a massive amount of information for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered youth.

SpeakOut!:
A political action guide for queer youth and friends.

Gay and Lesbian National Hotline:
This site has a toll free phone number that you can call for help dealing with any issues you may need help with.

Coming Out To Your Parents: This site was set up by PFLAG. It has a lot of information designed to help you know if and when to come out to your parents. It also gives you an idea of what to expect when you do come out to them

Homosexualtiy: Frequently Asked Questions: This site adresses some of the many frequently asked questions about homosexuality. It's a good resource if you have questions or don't know how to answer questions that have been asked of you.

So, You Think You Might Be A Lesbian: This site contains a lot of information for women questioning their sexuality.
