Welcome and thanks for visiting my computer games page. I've compiled a list of various games and hardware parts names (all of them actually being 3Dfx Voodoo Graphics video cards) which I or even you may show interest in. I've also listed my favourite games and added links to the homepages of their companies. Hey this page is a BIT about me after all :-)!
3Dfx Voodoo Graphics based video cards
Probably the most revolutionary and influencial piece of hardware ever created (after the CD ROM drive). The 3Dfx Voodoo Graphics chipset based cards are addon video cards (with the exception of the Voodoo 3) which work with your existing 2D card. They have many 3D features (including the most standard and common ones) and are capable (like many current 3D accelerators) of running games not only faster and smoother by increasing the frame rates, but also enhancing the graphics dramatically as well. What's even more amazing is the fact that the first Voodoo Graphics based addon cards, while being FIRST generation 3D accelerators, continued to hold their own and STILL dominate the market at a time when SECOND generation 3D accelerators were flooding the crowded market. Its dominance in the market was later surpassed by its successor, the Voodoo 2 based accelerators. Voodoo 2 based addon cards almost tripled the performance of that of the first Voodoo and also added a few more features. They also allowed SLI mode which was TWO Voodoo 2s hook up together in a PC, hence increasing the 3D acceleration performance over that of a single Voodoo 2. The recently released Voodoo 3, while lacking in some of the features its now current competition has to offer, still out performs its predessors by a fair margin and out performs many of its competitors in the frame rates department. Unlike the older generation Voodoo based cards, the Voodoo 3 is a 2D/3D combo card. Dispite recent trends in the market, just about all computer game companies continue to program their games to work with Voodoo based cards. Not many companies in the past and to some extent in the present, had as much support as 3Dfx did and continues to have. Here are a list of the different Voodoo Graphics based cards available (or use to be available since many of the Voodoo 1 cards have been phased out) out there (somewhere) as well as the links to the sites of their manufacturers or former manufacturers (Note: because 3Dfx Interactive no longer sells its current technology to its former video card manufacturers, the list of Voodoo based cards below are that of Voodoo 1 & 2). Oh and as a favour, here's the URL to 3Dfx Interactive's homepage, manufacturer of the Voodoo series chipsets and NOW manufacturer of the Voodoo 3 video cards.

A list and description of some of my favourite games (As well as my opinions of them).
As you can see, I'm mostly into games and stuff that deals with historical time periods or anything to do with history. My favourite game genres are Strategy and Adventure with the occasional Driving and Action stuff. I've also included small review for each game.
Age of Empires - Microsoft Corporation
A great and fun to play Real-Time Strategy game of ancient civilizations.
Pros - Many civilizations to choose from. Good Graphics and addictive gameplay.
Cons - LOTS of micromanagement to be done when you've got many units. Units AI a little spotty.
Age of Rifles - SSI
If you're into 19th century warfare or wargames, you should check this game out.
Pros - Lots of scenarios and campaigns included and to download off the net for the game!
Cons - This game is definitely NOT bug-free! Some aspects of the game of course are a little unrealistic.
Caesar II - Sierra On-Line
A great strategy game with a good mixture of strategy elements.
Pros - Excellent mixture strategy elements. Good minature real-time tactical battles.
Cons - Very difficult to master if you're a beginner.
Gabriel Knight, The Beast Within - Sierra On-Line
A great overall adventure game which any adventure gamer would not want to miss.
Pros - Great storyline, gameplay and usage of full motion video.
Cons - Once you've finished the game, there's very little replayability.
The Last Express - Broderbund Software
Another great adventure game with a new Real-Time element to it.
Pros - Great storyline, graphics and gameplay. Real-Time element adds new flavour to this genre.
Cons - Being a Real-Time adventure game means events in the game can occur when you least expect.
Lords of the Realm II - Sierra On-Line
A great strategy game for the medieval strategy game fans or historical buffs.
Pros - Great balance of strategy and tactical elements. Fun Real-Time battles and castle seiges.
Cons - Unlike the first Lords, there is no castle designing and steward reports.
