Horner's swelling orchestrations are equally inspiring and ominous, bringing to life the film's magical moments, from the ship's triumphant departure to its well-known sinking, running the gamut of emotions adeptly. Combining tasteful synthesizer sounds with symphonic arrangements is a brave, bold compositional move which pays off perfectly--uniting the historical period of the film to our own, bringing the viewer closer to the subject. As a final touch, Celine Dion contributes a beautiful rendition of "My Heart Will Go On-- The Love Theme From The Titanic," which serves as the crowning glory in this touching and dramatic musical score.
