Rosa began as a bilingual secretary to the Customer Order Service Manager at the Export Division of Johnson & Johnson International. She then became secretary to the Operations Manager at Export and then moved to work with the International Vice President, Johnson & Johnson International. In 1991, she came to Miami to help establish the Latin America Regional offices and assumed the position of Office Manager becoming the first employee at this office. |
