I'm Rozman Mohamad, curently working as a civil engineer at the Department of Irrigation And Drainage (also known as JPS or DID). I was born and raised in Majidee, Johor Baharu. Johor. Johor Baharu used to be a very nice place to live, but not anymore, due to the rapid development and the high cost of living. I received by Bachelor Degree from The University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, USA and recently, I was offered a scholarship by the government to pursue my Master in Information Technology . Unfortunately, due to the economic slow down and our currency depreciations, I'm not sure anymore.

I started working in DID Melaka in 1989 and was mainly involved in the contruction of Malacca Flood Mitigation Project. After 3 years on site , I felt that there was a need to gain some experience in design. I applied for transfer and the department happily transfered me to the HQ in the Building Section until now.
