Rugrats Club is simply a club dedicated to the most cutest babies in the world. Plus, you get a graphic as well, to prove you're in the club. The FAQ on the RugRats is that they started in 1991 (That makes the show seven years old) and wasn't expected to be that big of a hit. Kids all over the world have at least SOMETHING Rugratty (Like cable for example) and LUV at least one of them. Here's one part that makes EVERYBODY laugh:

"Nakey is free!" Tommy cried. Then Phil and Lil hesitated, then helped each other take off their clothes. "Phil!" Lil exclaimed, her eyes looking at Phil. "Lil!" Phil cried. "Um...Lil?" Tommy began, his eyes shifting as Lil stood before them.

That part cracked up everybody!!! So if you think that's funny (Or At Least You Get It), you can join the club!!!!!!
