She depends on the help of Lipschitz, the air-head phycatrist that talks with a babyish accent. He's always in for an adventure and enjoys anything daring and drinking apple juice. He's always bossed around by his cousin, Angelica Pickles.

Chuckie:He's 2 years old. Chuckie Finster always objects to ideas brought up by Tommy, Phil, Lil, and Susie. His mother died when he was very young. His father is fussy with cleanliness and has sinuses. He's one baby with firy red hair and hates it!

Angelica:She's 3 years old. She's a bossy cousin with a mother who's addicted to the phone, a father who adores her, and a doll that makes her angry. She loves making the babies squirm--but is it because she wants attention? Or is she just a...B-R-A-T?

Phil and Lil:They're both 1 year old. They love worms and at one point, were jealous of each other. They love adventures and always argue. They're like a couple that fights then makes up.

Susie: She hardly appears in the episodes, but she's the baby that cares. She looks out for the babies and is 3 years old. Angelica and her have their differences, but somehow are banned together by the love of Cynthia dolls.
