Finding the Synopsis for the 1999 Episodes
A "synopsis" tells what the episode is about. The synopsis of each can be found at Cooltoons' episode list. However, the addresses to get to these can be complicated, so, click on the episode title from the 1999 list to get the synopsis, plus exclusive pics and factoids. But don't try going to the Cooltoons Rugrats episode guide index, because there are only 7 1999 episodes listed. I just found these addresses by pure luck and knowing the episode titles. Every episode should be listed near the end of the new season, or sooner on the official site. You never know. Please note, not all episodes can be linked to the synopsis.
