The Bay To Breakers

I ran this run a few years ago (maybe 1995). There was about 1000 people in the run many in fancy dress and there was a bit of a city to surf feel to the run. It is also like the city to surf in the course, the course has a few rolling hills until the 9km mark when it drops to the finish next to the "Breakers". The run attracts quite a few good elite runnners including (I think, from memory) David Evans, Pat Carrol and Michelle Dillon. There is also a run on the course going the other way (so I have been told).
