Makoto uses a multitude of magical phrases to transform into the crimefighter Sailor Jupiter. Here they are.
Jupiter Power Make-Up!
By yelling Jupiter Power Make-up! (Jupiter Power in America) and holding up her transformation pen, Makoto can transform into Sailor Jupiter (the first version).

Jupiter Star Power Make-Up!
By yelling Jupiter Star Power Make-up! (Jupiter Star Power in America) and holding up her new star transformation pen, Makoto can transform into the the slightly more powerful Sailor Jupiter (the second version).

Jupiter Crystal Power Make-Up!
By yelling Jupiter Crystal Power! (this version has not yet been translated into english) and holding up her crystal transformation wand, Makoto can tranform into Super Sailor Jupiter, another version with slight outfit alterations and more powerful attacks.
