What's Sailormoon, you ask?

For those of you who don't know, Sailormoon was originally a manga (comic) titled Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon by Naoko Takeuchi, which was published in Nakayoshi, a shoujo manga, or girls' comic, magazine from 1992 to March 1997. It soon came out in tankoban (graphic novel) format published by Kodansha Comics, which is currently compiled into eighteen volumes. The eighteenth and final volume was just recently published. Its predecessor Codename wa Sailor V or Codename Sailor V, is currently out in two volumes also published by Kodansha Comics. Pesonally speaking, I prefer the manga storyline (which is somewhat different) and art to the anime^-^.
The anime version was comissioned around the same time the manga came out and first aired in March 1992 under the same title as the manga, Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon. (Oh, by the way, Sailormoon is the show and Sailor Moon is the character. Just thought you had to know...). Although it was aimed at young girls, it became a favorite among all age groups and both genders all over the world. It ran for five seasons: Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon, Sailormoon R(eturn-part 1) and Sailormoon R(omance-part 2), Sailormoon S(uper), Sailormoon SuperS and Sailormoon Sailor Stars. It signed off the air waves on February 8 1997 on its 200th episode.
Editor's Note:Okay, this may not be exactly detailed or anything but as you can see, I don't exactly have all the time in the world to make this. What I've done so far has only taken me a month and I find that to be a lot of work for a month. Anyhoo, since we have a province-wide strike, it may give me more time to fix things up. Thanks a million for your patience and such!
