what a week it's been so far.

Sunday night i went on a pub crawl with bronwyn, we went to 6 places before winding up at the circuit...do you want to hear this? Oh well. Sunday night at circuit is retro night, where they play all the 70's and 80's songs. And there's this huge box thing in the middle of the dancefloor... well, "ymca" came on, and i was already standing on top of this thing fresh from dancing to the previous song. "ymca" is a song that bron and i learnt to dance to at school and whenever we hear it we tend to get this rather embarassing urge to dance. So i was on top of the box, and bronwnyn hears our song and comes rushing over to jump up there with me. And instead jumps into the box...it was funny at the time but the next morning you should have seen her leg! Extensive ligament damage and physio for a week. Effort, or what?

Grinspoon are finally here on Monday which i'm so excited about, i still can't believe i get to see a decent band in my own town. And then after that there's rockit99 in perth on dec 5, with silverchair [twice in five months!!] powderfinger, jebediah, testeagles and killing heidi...and then we have big day out on feb 6th next year! And nine inch nails is definetly an act that someone's gonna have to kill me to prevent me seeing...trent reznor is the best.

So as far as live concerts go, i guess i'm pretty lucky.
