HOW TO SEND ASHES:

Place container in bubble wrap or some other secure packing and place in box.

INSIDE THE BOX include the following information:

- Full legal name of deceased loved one
- Date of birth
- Date of death
- Social Security Number

The above information is necessary to complete the proper permits in our juristiction.

- Enclose your check or money order payable to "Maritime Interment Services" for the amount of $50 for the basic scattering service.

- Be sure to include your contact information (i.e. your name, relationship to deceased loved one, phone number, address and any other information you would like us to know

- Also be sure to include the original disposition papers you received from the crematory or mortuary

We will call you upon our receipt of the container and notify you of the date we plan to go out to sea. If you have any special request, we will be glad to accomodate you within the laws of the State of California
