1. Your Name and Instrument played?
Gregory David-guitar
2. Why did you decide to become a musician?
I was exposed to all kinds of good music by my hipster parents and dug it
all so I always wanted to play.My mom bought me a guitar when I was seven
and that was it.
3. How long has your band been together?
Liquid has been together since 95 in one form or another
4.What type of music do you play?
We play modern pop rock with punk and metal influences.
5.What has been the toughest obstacle to overcome in getting your band started?
The toughest thing for us is a local music scene(Cleveland)that gets no
support from press,radio,club owners etc.It's a very hard city to play in.
6. What artist have influenced you the most and how?
My biggest influence would be the Beatles but I've listened to everything
and played in all different kinds of bands.
7. How did your band members meet and get started?
Three of the members went to high school together but we have all known each other since our teens.
8. Who does most of your bands writing music/lyrics? one person or by
collaboration?
Everyone in the band writes and arranges but our singer writes all the
lyrics on his own.
9. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?.
In five years we hope to have put out a few records on a major label and
toured the world a few times.
10. Anything else you wanna say? Maybe a message for the fans? or for people  hearing about you now for the first time?
Liquid is currently gigging and recording new music.We also are in negotiations with a number of record labels and have a song on a national compilation put out by Beyond/BMG,home of Motley Crue,Sponge etc.We were also selected out of thousands of entries by VH1 in the unsigned big break contest and will open
for Tom Petty in Columbus Ohio this week.
