Buffy The Vampire Slayer

I have decied to make a BtVS page, to give you info on the characters and everything about the show, or at least mostly about the show. So this page is kind of dedicated to all the characters and not just Oz or Seth.

My first interest in BtVS was once I found out the Seth had become a character on the show. Now, all of you who are waiting for the new seasons, 'cuz they don't want to watch re-runs anymore, I am forever greatful that they are showing re-runs, that way I won't be totally lost. So I started to watch BtVS and, I didn't realize what I had been mising all these Tuesday and Monday nights!

This is basically the story, in the past 2 seasons. Bare with, I'm summarizing and not explaining a lot of the detials okay? Sunnydale...quite the party town. Sure...it seems like your nice and quiet town..notice I use the word "seems". The town is infested with vampires, who inhabit the underground Hellmouth. But don't you fear, a slayer is here! Buffy Summers, seems likes your nice, typical girl. Yeah, about as typical as Sunnydale. Oh, sure she has awesome hair, killer looks, great wit...and she can kick a vampire's ass with her hands tied behind her back..(and her eyes closed). Not like Buffy is the perfect slayer. Sure, of course she wants her own life, but her watcher, Rupert Giles, makes sure that she is always ready to kick ass. And Buffy always does. After, she's not boned...she's Buffy!...as her friend Xander would say. You see, the thing with being a vampire slayer is that you always seem to become automatically unpopular. Go figure. So Buffy has two best buddies...Xander (cute and awkard, has the hots for Buffy) and Willow (pretty, shy, and loves to read..hot for Xander). Well, then Willow hooked up with Oz, a senior guitar-player, who became friends with Buffy. Then there's always Cordelia...you gotta love her on the show, but admitt it..if you really knew her, she would be already dead..not by a vampire, but by you. Pretty and popular, she always seems to "get stuck" with Buffy, Xander, Willow, and Oz. But now that she hooked up with Xander, despite what her bitchy friends Harmony and others thought, because "she can date whoever the hell she wants to date..no matter how lame he is!" So now Cordelia is part of Buffy's crowd. Then, there is always Jenny Calendar, who was going to spark up a romance with Giles..that is, until everyone found out she was a gypsy and her tribe put a curse on Angel (will be explained later). Now she's trying her hardest to become part of the Slayer crowd again. Those are the humans that know about Buffy being a slayer. Now let's move to the undead. Buffy luckily killed The Master...after he killed her, but Xander brought her back through CPR. Then came The Anointed One. Dead..killed by Spike. Ah...Spike and Drusilla..two vampires who are kissy-kissy with each other and want to kill the slayer..like, a lot. Too bad that because Buffy can kick major ass, Spike is now injured and in a wheelchair and Dru must take care of him..so Operation Kill-Slayer is on hold right...That is until they got help from an old friend...Angel. Bad, bad, badbadbad Angel. You see, once, he was one of the worst vampires on the face of the earth. No mercy..just "feed and run". That is until, a gypsy curse was put on him (by Jenny's tribe) because he killed the people of her tribe. It made him have a soul, and hopefully make him feel pain they way Jenny and her tribe have felt. He didn't feel pain though..he felt love..for Buffy. And even when she found out he was a vampire, yeh, sure, they said it wouldn't work out (vampire + vampire slayer = unmeshable) But they meshed...finally. Until that is, Angel acheived true happiness aka sex..(The curse said that if Angel felt true happiness, he would lose his soul and become the badbadbad Angel once again) ... with Buffy. Angel then turned, and his goal now is to kill Buffy. And no matter how much it hurts, Buffy knows she must kill Angel. Just "give her time". But Angel took the time to kill Jenny...who's next? Angel's getting more and more attached to Drusilla as the shows go on. And you can tell Spike's pretty pissed. Get ready to see Spike kick some ass...he's out of the wheelchair...Oh, boy...Willow and Buffy found the yellow disk in which the curse to restore Angel's soul was saved on. However, as they were doing the curse, Buffy went out to fight Angel, and Willow got a bookcase pushed on her, Xander got his arm broken, Giles was kidnapped by vampires, and Drusilla killed Kendra. Buffy was blamed for the killing of Kendra and is on the run from the cops. Spike joined her team for a bit ro get rid of Angel, and her mom found out that she was a vampire slayer. Buffy got kicked out of the house becuase of a big fight that her and her mom had over the slaying. Meanwhile, Angel was trying to open the mouth to hell so the whole world would be swallowed (except demons). Buffy stopped him and they had a sword fight. Willow did the curse again but Angel opened the mouth. Right before Buffy almost killed Angel, he got his soul back. But he was the key to close the mouth to hell, so Buffy had to kill him...well, actually, he's alive, just stuck in hell at the moment. Giles was rescued, and everyone was looking for Buffy the next day. No one knew that Buffy went on a bus and left Sunnydale. That's about as far as I know. Till Now. In Season 3 here's what has happened so far: While Buffy was in the other town (not Sunnydale) she became a waitress and as much as she tried to escape her past it just kept coming back. So she saves the day in that little town and realizes that she needs to go back. And lets keep in mind that she was away from Sunnydale for the whole summer. So to keep out the vampires, Oz, Willow, Xander, Cordelia and Giles all sort of team up to become the slayers. They even play with cool walkie-talkies. Buffy comes home to Sunnydale and realizes everything had changed, it was almost as if she was never there. She and her mother sort of make-up, her mom is still sort of shaken. Then Buffy goes on patrol and before she gets the chance to kick a vampire's butt someone else jumps in: Xander. They see each other but before they can meet and greet they have to kill a group of vamps. So then Oz and Willow and everyone comes and Buffy is just sort of there. So, she explains as much as she can, not really explaining anything though. Then her friends through her a blow-out party when all she wanted was a quiet evening with her friends. So she feels like she wanted to run away again, but she doesn't. She finally starts to feel a little bit better about coming back when Faith enters the picture. She comes to replace Kendra who was killed in Season 2. So her and Faith team up even thogh Faith is a little hard-core for cute/peaceful little Sunnydale. Um... Oz repeats his senior year because he never went to summer school and some how Xander and Willow start to like each other and they start to cheat on their significant others... aka, Oz and Cordelia. But Oz and Cordelia both find them making out and they were totally blown away. As Cordelia went to run away she feel through some stairs and landed on a railroad spike (Willow and Xander had been captured by Spike and were in his little hide-out) and is near death. But in the last scene it looks like she'll recover fine. Then in the next couple of episdoes, terror strikes Sunnydale but Buffy and her crew take control over the problems. I'll keep you posted on the next Sunnydale/Buffy Battle.

Seth Green plays: OZ Real Name: Seth Green. If you didn't know that, spend the next 24 hours at my page!
Character Name: Oz... anyone pick up a last name?
Info.: Oz plays a rocker-werewolf. His band's name is: Dingoes Ate My Baby. He play guitar. His friend Devon is also in the band and is also Cordelia Chase's ex. He [Seth] has a zebra stripped van. z is quite interested in Willow Rosenberg. He punches Xander in the face, for Willow. He took a bullet for Willow. He can wait for Willow. Ahhh isn't that sweet. In return... Willow shoots him, not to mention cheats on him. But she shoots him only with a tranquilizer gun. That's because he had turned into a werewolf and he was going to eat her, it was only self-defense. Lets see... he's a senior at Sunnydale High. And in Season 3 he's still a senior b/c he cut summer school. I can't really think about what else to write besides he's great and he's still the man with a van.

Sarah Michelle Gellar plays Buffy Summers Real Name: Sarah Michelle Gellar.
Character Name: Buffy Summers.
Info.: Buffy is 17 and she is the Vampire Slayer... so yeah, the show sort of revolves around her... I mean check out the name of the show.. Buffy The Vampire Slayer. She moved to Sunnydale when she was kicked out of her old school for burning the gym down... hey she's a slayer remember! When she moved she made friends with Willow Rosenberg and Xander Harris. The school librarian is Rupert Giles, he is also Buffy's watcher. Buffy lives with her mom, Joyce who yet to know anything about this. Her "boyfriend" is Angel... a vampire... which leads to some serious problems later... you know.. slayer and vampire.. it just won't work or will it?

Real Name: Alyson Hannigan
Character: Willow Rosenberg
Info.: Willow is friends with Buffy and Xander Harris. She has been friends with Xander ever since they were little. She is the shy one of the group, the bookworm, the nice, caring, friend. She, for a very long time only had eyes for Xander, but Xander had eyes for Buffy and Buffy had eyes for Angel.. so it's all very complicated. Until... ta da... OZ! He comes and he thinks Willow is like perfect. They go out, they find out he's a werewolf... but she doesn't mind, infact when he tellsher, she lays him with a big smacker on the lips. I wouldn't mind being her stunt double for that scene! =) Willow is overall the good one, the one that plays by the rules, or she was until Season 3. She cheats on Oz with Xander, as much of a hottie as Xander is, come on! You're cheating on OZ! she is also a practicing witch too. A Witch?! not surprised, got the vamps. the slayer, the werewolf, they needed a witch in there!

Nicholas Brandan plays Xander Real Name: Nicholas Brendon
Character Name: Xander Harris
Info.: Xander is long-time friend to Willow, and has made a friendship with Buffy, who he wanted to be more then friends with, but Buffy respected the: Never-Go-Out-With-Your-Best-Friends-Crush-rule, and she politely turned Xander down. He's a junior at Sunnydale, present day senior. And he's going out with Cordelia Chase, they always fight, but always end up making out. One time they did and Willow caught them... Ouch! So then people find out and Cordelia dumps him. Oh poor baby. Then they start to go back together because she doesn't care what her friends think. Then Xander has got to go screw up everything by falling for Willow and so him and Willow start to become a thing, but they sort of forget to tell Oz and Cordy that. But they get caught and they deserve what comes to them. I think Xander is babe. But I still think Oz is better... sorry.

 

 

Anthony Head plays Giles Real Name: Anthony Stewart Head
Character Name: Rupert Giles
Info.: He plays the school librarian... but his life is more exciting then that, he is Buffy's watcher he has to make sure Buffy is ready to handle her slaying duties. It seems to be Buffy is Giles facorite slayer... he never says it... but you can tell. He and Jenny Carpenter the school's computer teacher, start to have a releationship although at first they don't admit to it. Then Buffy and Giles got very upset at Jenny for not telling them who she REALLY was. But then she tries to redeem herself, and... well... I'll explain that in her section. But Giles finds her dead on his bed and that sort of pushes him over the edge. Giles may never be the same. Alos, he holds a grudge against Angelus who tortured Giles for hours just for his [Angelus'] mere amusement. In more recent episodes, Giles was actually fired for telling Buffy about this test that the slayer's have to pass. So what will happen next to Giles, who knows.

Real Name: Charisma Carpenter.
Character Name: Cordelia Chase.
Info.: Cordelia is a junior (presently a senior) who at first hangs out with Harmony and the "popular crowd" but then Buffy saves her life and she slowly moves into Buffy's crowd. She even starts to date Xander... which makes Willow very unhappy since she likes Xander and DISlikes Cordelia. She dumped Xander on on Valentine's Day becuase of what her "friends" aka Harmony and the old group, were saying. But they got back together. But she finds out that Xander had been cheating on her with Willow and that makes Cordelia VERY unhappy. Codelia was the over all bitch, and she still is sort of richy, rich stuck-up but she's toning down... there's still hope for her.

Jenny Calender Real Name: Robia La Morte
Character Name: Jenny Calender
Info.: I'm pretty sure Robia plays the schools computer teacher: Ms. Calender. She and the librarian, Giles are having a releationship, except she forgot to tell him one important detail: She's really a gypsy called, Janna. She put the curse on Angel to have a soul and feel pain after he destroyed her people. But then Angel feels love, not pain and once he feels happy, the curse sets in, making him bad again. But more about that in the Angel section. Angel kills her when he finds her trying to save his soul. He breaks her neck and then puts her in Giles house for him to find. R.I.P. Ms. Jenny Calender.

David Boreanaz plays Angel Real Name: David Boreanaz.
Character Name: Angel or Angelus.
Info.: David plays Angel who is a 241 year old vampire. Jenny Carpenter put a curse on Angelus, after he destroyed most of her people. The curse was that Angelus will be turned into Angel and he'll have a soul and so he can feel pain, but he instead feels love, love for Buffy. But then him and Buffy get jiggy with it so then Angel feels true hapiness for a bit, but then because of the curse he turns back to Angelus... a VERY bad vampire... I mean bad to the extreme. So then he's trying to kill Buffy, then they fight and Willow gets his soul back and he turns back into Angel, but Buffy still knows what she has to do. So she "kills" him but he's not dead, he's just stuck in a hell. And he's now back as the good Angel even though Buffy's friends don't believe it at first. Buffy is trying to end the "vampire + slayer =love" thing, even though it hurts them both, a lot.

Drusilla and Spike Real Names: James Marsters and Juliet Landau
Character Names: Spike and Drusilla.
Info.: Spike: He's not quite 200 years old, which means he's practically still a baby in vamp. years. His real name is: William the Bloody but is called Spike because he likes to torture his victims with railroad spikes. He loves Druscilla, but with Angel becoming bad again... he has a bit of compitition. And well... that makes Spike, a very unhappy Spike, because he doesn't want to lose her.
Drusilla: She's usually called Dru, by Spike. Angel drove her crazy and made her into a vampire. I'm not sure how but she becaming incredible weak... so weak that she couldn't fight anymore. So then Spike comes up with a plan to heal her and make her strong, but the plan made it so that Angel would die. Buffy wasn't too into that idea, so she stopped them. But Dru got enough power back to become strong, but Spike was left in a wheelchair. And now, someone's going to have to pay. Spike made a deal with Buffy to leave Sunnydale if she would help Dru. She did, so they left. But HE came back. Dru dumped Spike because she said he had gotten soft, that he wasn't tough anymore. So he comes back breaking the promise between him and Buffy and kidnaps Xander and Willow, so that Willow would make him a potion to make Dru come back to him.
