Key man in relations between Libyan intelligence services and the IRA.
He participated in the recent secret negotiations between Libya and the British MI5 that took place in Cairo and Alexandria in mid-August (I.N. n. 223) and again during the first week of September. These discussions have not however produced any concrete results.
