Page 2: Our Wonderful Players

I am a 55 year old semi-retired barber in St Louis, Missouri.
I have been married for 33 wonderful years to my best friend, Diane.
I became addicted to acro around Thanksgiving of 1998 and can't leave it
except for my other hobby: fishing. My wife who normally does some of
my typing for me is a retired high school guidance counselor.
We have a 29 year old son who turned me on to computer use several years
ago. I enjoy bass fishing and acro and bass fishing and gambling and
bass fishing and bass fishing LOL.Kind of in a rut..In June of 1999,
my wife and I were part of the St Louis acro reunion where we met
many wonderful acro friends from all over the country. Some day I hope
to do that again. The meeting just reaffirmed my belief that acro
players are among the best people around. Looking forward to seeing
all of you when playing the game as JohnSK, *Desperado*, or when Diane
plays as AnnaGram. To quote one of our captains, Go SKs, kick some
butt!

Patyann waves a big hello and sends(((()))) to all fellow acro players from the 50+ room. I have been
playing Acro for about three months now but I was
addicted after only a week..LOL  Like everyone
else(I hope) I have my good days and my Lame days.
But I always have fun everyday because the guys and
gals I"ve met in the 50+ room are simply the
 greatest!
I live in western Pa. and have been happily married
for 15 years which is not a bad average for someone
who has been married to the same guy for the past 30
 years...LOL
I have two children..a son Roger who is 29 and
profoundly handicapped..and a daughter Leah who is
 26. I am still desperately longing to become a
grandma but daughter Leah is not being co-operative.
So in the meantime, I spoil my two dogs..Sam and
Mickee. Sam is a 4 year old cocker spaniel and
 Mickee is a 3 month old cocka-poo. I guess if I
don't get grandchildren soon I will keep adding to
 my "grand-dog" list..LOL
My hobbies, besides acrophobia, include shopping,
adding to my web pages as often as possible,
shopping, learning Spanish, shopping, cooking, and oh
 yes...shopping!
I hope I will be a worthy addition to the SK clan
and make fellow clan members glad they talked me
into joining. Just remember...I warned you about my
 choking spells in F/O!

Well there you have it girls...me in a nutshell...I
am really looking forward to being a part of this
fine clan!  Now what comes next??       (((())))

Hi ya'll!  I'm TristaLynne, otherwise known as the
 Snert Attacker!  Despise
those little varmits! Anyway, I'm shaking at the
 knees thinking about joining
a team let alone the ever famous "Serial Killers!"
All of a sudden my I'm
doubting my Acro abilities.  But it seems like some
 of my best buddies are
 SK's so I figure…hey…why not???   (Fancee, don't
 hold it against me, I'll
still be your bud!) LOL  I laugh when I see the name
 "Skillers" because I
think more of frying the opponents up in a skillet
 if they can't be beatJ.
Okay, about myself, let's see, they didn't say how
 many pages I could write,
no I'm just kidding!  I'll be 40 this year, (oh
 please don't tell anyone…I
cried when I turned 25!) hehe  I will be married 20
 years this year, and yes,
believe it or not, to the same man.  Imagine that!
We both work so much we
never see each other, so I guess that might be the
 secret.  We have two
children who keep me in turmoil so much that I'm
 constantly saying, "If I
knew then what I know now, I'd just have borrowed
 the neighbor's kids!"  But
they are the joy of my life, despite the teenage
years. My daughter is 18 and
my son is 16.  I tend to 3 toddlers which will all
turn 2 within the next 3
months!  And I do monogramming, tend to a ball
league of 13 teams, and acro
is my relaxation.  While having two monogramming
 machines going, 3 toddlers
at my feet, I still squeeze in a phrase from time to
 time!  Well I think
that's enough of me, they'll start to charge me for
 lineage here, Or by the
word! hehehe… See you in acro, and please be easy on
 me, cuz I'm old, grey,
one leg's shorter than the other, I'm blind and I
 can't even see! ROFL

Hi gang! It's me, janbt! I am honored to be included with such a
brilliant, witty group of people. What did I EVER do before
Acrophobia? My husband and I are both retired teachers in a small
south Georgia town, and we have 4 daughters and 6 grandchildren.
Since retirement, the friends I have made in Acro rooms have become
a very important part of my daily life. In fact my husband
calls himself a "computer widower." I am truly a GRITS, Girl
Raised In The South (how's that for an acro?), so y'all come see
me, and we will show you some true southern hospitality!
(((((hugs)))))

Hello and Greetings from the Sunny state of Florida!

Howdy, everyone!  I'm BlueEyedGal and love to play Acrophobia and most
any kind of word game.  I'm a blue-eyed, blonde, 55 year old, happily
divorced Virginia gal.  I have a 28-year old daughter and have been an educator
all my life.  Besides playing Acrophobia in the various 50's rooms, I love
to read, watch movies, play with clay, garden, do puzzles, and have fun!

Hi all, I love playing acrophobia and I usually play in the 50s room...
the players there are the best! I am a 50 year old widow
and the mother of two daughters. I'm a registered nurse, not
working at present. Sometimes I think of great acros and other
times I'm awful! My game name is Dookie8...Chosen because my
daughter called me that when she was a baby(8 is cause there
are 7 before me..Hard to believe!!) . My real name is Linda
Pollane. My email address is Lmagoony@ hotmail.com.Thanks
Hi everyone,

Teagan here, otherwise known as Joan in the real world!  I am so proud to  have been
accepted as a ”SerialKiller-in-training”! LOL.  (Be warned though, I live way up in
northern Canada, and “Brain Freeze” is not just an expression, LOL.  So if I don’t seem
to be quite with it, maybe my brain truly is frozen).  I have been playing acro for a
couple of months now, & have become truly addicted.  Although not quite 50 I have
claimed an extra 4 years in order to play in the 50plus room, where all of the nicest
players in Acrophobia dwell!

I am married to a wonderful man named Randy, and I have a 29 year old son named
John, who occasionally joins us in 50+ under the name of Mojoed.  We have 3 cats, a
beautiful Siamese whose name I use (Teagan), and Maine Coon Cross named Percival
Puddlebum, (he weighs in at a whomping 25 lbs) and of course StrayCat who just
arrived one day & stayed!  We live in Grimshaw, Alberta, which is about 5 hours north of
Edmonton.  I like to garden, quilt, renovate (much to Randy’s dismay) and of course,
play acrophobia.

My ICQ # is 43881506, so please feel free to drop in a say Hi

Hi, my name is Sande, aka RevSKW.... I've been playing Acro only
about a month, but I really love it. I was a regular at Tanglewords
before that, using the name O-Kaye. I am 48 years old and have been
married to my high school sweetheart for 29 years. We have two
adopted daughters, whom we miraculously received the days they were
born [after struggling with infertility for 10 years]. Our oldest
is now 18 and is working as a CNA, with a goal of becoming an RN.
Our younger daughter just turned 16 and will be a Junior in high
school this year. We live in a VERY small town in No. California
about an hour from Lake Tahoe. How small? Well, we don't even have
one stop light! My hubby is the one and only town dentist. We also
co-pastor a small church. Actually, it's more like a storefront
mission than a typical church. We minister to street people and those
who are struggling with addictions and abuse issues. Along with
pastoring, I am in the midst of studying for my Masters of Divinity
degree. [back to school after 25 years!] Acro has provided me with
a wonderful outlet for relaxation and fun! I'm really looking forward
to playing with a team and meeting more new friends!
Hi! You know me as Escarole SK..

I've been married for 31 years to John, a really great guy.  We
have two children.. a married daughter, and a son, 17.  We live at the
New Jersey shore with our lovable Golden Retriever Brandy.   I'm a
Registered Nurse-turned-Social Worker and look forward to the day when
John and I can retire and move farther south, probably to Virginia or
the Carolinas.  We're looking forward to doing a lot of traveling! I
enjoy gardening, reading, crafts, music, bargain-hunting and of course,
Acrophobia.  It's a privilege to be a member of the Serial Killers!
Goooooo Sk's!
Hi, my name is Susan and I live in Dubuque with my 2 adult sons. I've been
playing acro for awhile and thought, hey! Why not join a team and the Sk's
asked me to join so here I am...I hope I can help keep your winning streak
going. Proud to be a member so let's go kick some acro butt !!! my acro handle:Phantom SK
My acro name is Ann Slanders (AnnSlandrsSK).  I'm
married and have four children (one with two legs and
three with four legs).  I was introduced to Acrophobia
by my sister (Dear Crabby) who plays mostly in the
adult rooms where she initiated me to the game and
where I played for several months before I found out
that the "clean" rooms weren't just for kids.  Even
though I was baptized by fire to the game in the adult
rooms of Acrophobia, I much prefer playing in the
clean rooms, especially the 50's rooms where I have
met some of the nicest people.

Hi, Im Bunny co-captain along with BEV !!. Im married with
3 beautiful boys.  My 11 year old Son,Andy, is responsible for this
great webpage and without him, well, I guess we wouldnt exist LOL.
I have been playing acro for about 6 months now and have always
wanted to play in a clan with friends, thats basically how the
"Serial Killers" were formed.  Sit back relax and lets have some fun!
