Agumon quickly used Pepper Breath on T.K. so the ice melted. The vortex came closer to them. Soon, the area was covered by the vortex. They couldn't tell up from down.
"The idiots are dazed. Send in the Kuwagamon right now." said Darkmon. Darkmon laughed evily. Tai saw pinchers coming out of the vortex. Sora saw another one. Soon, everybody saw one.
"They're the same Digimon!" yelled Brock. More parts of the Digimon appeared out of the vortex. Then the vortex turned into millions and millions of 0s and 1s. Misty looked at Ash. She was worried about Ash.
"Only a miracle will save us." whispered Misty.
"This doesn't make sense. First, we're in a vortex. Then we're inside a computer!" said Izzy. Everybody, except Ash, saw strong legs stepping out. The red pinchers, the 4 taloned feet, and the red color could belong to no other Digimon but Kuwagamon.
"Oh, no!!! IT'S KUWAGAMON! AND THERE'S 4 OF 'EM!!!" yelled Tai. Everybody moved back. But there was no such thing as back in the 0s and 1s. Pikachu shocked all the Kuwagamon. The Kuwagamon didn't move. Matt spotted Black Gears on all of the Kuwagamon!
"They're planted with Black Gears!" said Matt.
"This is not good." said Mimi. Then, everybody saw a hologram of Darkmon.
"Idiots. Your friend sacrificed himself to save all of you. How stupid of him. All of you are going to die anyway. None of you can stop 4 Kuwagamon with Black Gears on them. Devimon's invention was a great idea." said Darkmon.
"You can't do this!" yelled Sora.
"No, really?" asked Darkmon. Then the hologram disappeared. The Kuwagamon moved closer and closer to the kids. There was no use. They HAD to give in. All of them got unconscious and fell asleep, though they had no idea why.
They found themselves in Darkmon's castle.
"What are we doing here?" asked Mimi.
"We gave in to the Kuwagamon, remember?" said Tai. Joe sat, all worried. Misty stared at Ash. She didn't know why, but she had the feeling that something in the Digi-World was going to save Ash.
"They must've slipped us a sleeping pill." said Joe.
"This is creepy, Patamon." said T.K. They were in a cell, locked up together. It was dark and scary in there. Tai looked at Ash.
"We lost someone... it's my fault. I shouldn't have wished for someone to help us. It's my fault he lost his life." said Tai.
"Pika, pika. Pikachu. (It's not your fault. It's not like you TOLD the wish to come true.") said Pikachu.
"For some reason, I know what Pikachu is saying." said Tai. Tai got up and looked down. He grabbed the cold, wet bars.
"It's my fault. There's no doubt, Pikachu. You should kill me too." said Tai.
"Look, if you think it's your fault, keep it to yourself. Nobody wants to hear your..." said Matt.
Mimi interrupted him. "Matt, leave Tai alone. How would you feel if one of your friends got killed and it's all your fault? You WOULD talk about it." said Mimi. Mimi protected Tai because she had a secret crush on him. Mimi sighed. Sora looked in the hallway. She saw a shadow.
"Someone's coming. Or something." said Sora.
"I've heard some news. I've heard that there's a plant that gives someone back a life, just as long as they're not shredded up." said Darkmon. He walked through the hallway. "Don't think about getting it. Because your friend will be killed for sure." said Darkmon. Darkmon opened the cell and quickly grabbed everybody. He threw two in one cell. Darkmon put Tai and Mimi together, Joe and Sora, Brock and T.K., and Misty and Matt. He put Izzy by himself. Darkmon walked away with Ash.
"Tentomon, we need to find out a plan." said Izzy.
"Hey, what's the thing in the cell?" asked Tentomon. Izzy looked in the cell across of him.
"Is.. is that a Digimon?" asked Sora.
"It's a Tentomon hiding that's scrunched up!" said Tai.
"Ash, where are you?" asked Tentomon 2.
"Did Ash actually CATCH that Tentomon with a PokeBall?" asked Misty.
"Looks like it." said Matt.
"TENTOMON DIGIVOLVE INTO...... KABUTERIMON!!!" yelled Kabuterimon. Its huge size destroyed the cell. It punched through the wall. Kabuterimon motioned all the kids to move back. Kabuterimon destroyed the bars. Kabuterimon motioned the kids to climb up on it. "Look out Darkmon, here we come! Ash, we're gonna save you and get the flower!!!" yelled Tai.
