"So, your telling me Garudamon has appeared in the real world?" Myotismon says coldly. Deep below the surface, Myotismon and Demidevimon are plotting their next plan to destroy the kids.

"And the seven children have returned as well," Demidevimon screeches.

"And the Eighth Child has not been found yet?" Myotismon asks. He cannot let the Eighth Child be found, he must destory him. Demidevimon reports to him that all the evil Digimon are out with their crests searching for the Eighth Child.

Around the city, many evil Digimon can be seen disguised and in search. An evil magician like Digimon is putting up a show in front of a crowd of kids. He glances at his crest....no reaction. A giant squid-like Digimon swims the waters and carries the crest also, fishing boats and ships sail by; still no reaction. "Meanwhile we are not the only ones looking for him, are we?" Myotismon warns and stares icingly at Demidevimon. "Make sure that those children don't find him first," Myotismon warns.

Tai, Matt, TK, Joe, Mimi, Matt, Izzy and Digimon are outside a subway station. They decide to think of their next move. Under Izzy's calculations, they should take the subway to ODAIBA to find the Eighth Child. Everyone complains that they are all hungry. Tai convinces them to take the subway, the whole world's counting on them. They head down to the SUBWAY, they look through the maps and try to figure out which is the better way to go to ODAIBA. Izzy looks up from his laptop and tells the group the instruction, they will have to transfer to different trains many times.

"Now we just need to figure out the right fare," Tai says holding Koromon in his arms. He heads over to the fare machines and puts some coins in. Koromon sees this and is curious, he asks what it is and what Tai's getting. "A ticket, you can't ride a train without one," Tai explains.

"A ticket?" Palmon says curiously looking at Tai getting it.

"What's a ticket?" Koromon asks. Joe comes over and tells him to be quiet, because he doesn't want people to see them. Sora tells them all to be toys and to not fidget.

"Here's an idea....I'll be one of those dolls you told me about. When you squeeze them they go WAH WAH WAH!" Yokomon says smiling and pretending to be one of the dolls.

"Be a doll that doesn't talk," Sora says covering Yokomon's mouth and looking very embarrassed. The group heads to the subway stop.

They wait in line with everyone else coming from work or going else where. The announcer's voice comes up, the Digimon are all looking everywhere to see where the voice came from. Koromon asks who said that, Tsunomon breaths a sigh of relief and is very glad that it wasn't in his head. Then they direct thier attention to the incoming glowing 'eyes'!!! They bounce out of Tai's and Matt's arms and bounce right in from of the glowing eyes, saying that it's one of Myotismon's heanchmen! They realize something's wrong and they are frozen with fear. The oncoming glowing eyes is actually the train!!! They all jump to the side right in time, when the train passes, the kids see Koromon and Tsunomon up near the wall exhausted. "We can't take you guys anywhere," Matt says to them, very disappointed. The next train comes in and the group enters it and all find seats.

A mother with a crying baby steps in, and Sora gives her seat to the mother. The mother smiles and thanks Sora, Sora smiles back. The baby stops crying and looks at Yokomon. Yokomon looks back unblinkingly. The baby reaches out his hand and grabs onto one of Yokomon's head strings. The baby tugs and tugs with all its might, trying hard to rip the orange stringy thing out of Yokomon's head! Sora trys desperately to pull her friend out of the baby's grasp. Yokomon grits her teeth under the strain and hopes it'll be over soon. The rest of the kids see this and grit their teeth too, hoping the baby will release his grasp and that Yokomon can stand it a bit more. "Ow, that's got to hurt," Motimon says quietly to Izzy, seeing the strain Yokomon has to go through. The baby seeing that his tugging doesn't work, decides to be more agressive and pulls on it harder. The mother seeing this, trys to pull her baby away, telling him that that is the big girl's toy and to let go. They all start to tug and with all the pressure.....

"HEY! WILL YOU LET GO OF ME?!" Yokomon bursts out. The baby stops and stares at the "stuffed animal" that seemed to talk and releases his grip and slowly without taking his eyes off of Yokomon brings his hand back. Everyone on the train is staring at the toy that talked. Sora looks around frantically and does some quick thinking. She tells everyone that it was her voice and that she threw her voice so that it seemed like the toy talked. A little spoiled boy tugs at his father's shoulder asking for the toy or he'll go into a huge terrible tantrum. The man goes over to Sora and asks if she would sell her toy, Sora shakes her head. Then the man asks where she got it. Sora looks around, everyone was intent on knowing where she got the incredible toy. Sora hestitates. The man asks again.

"It's not that hard a question is it?" The man asks.

"This stop is Nerima. Please watch your stop." The announcer says. Sora feeling that she has to act quick because she's in a hot seat shouts out....

"NERIMA DEPARTMENT STORE!" With that, the doors of the train open and everyone steps out; wanting to buy thier own talking toy. The mother steps out also and thanks Sora once again and leaves. Sora sits back down beside the group, and they all sigh. They had just conquered their own first encounter with Digimon and the humans of the Human World. They all grow tired and nod off to sleep. Several stops later the announcer announces that the stop is ODAIBA, but the whole group is fast asleep and sleep through it. Several minutes later, the announcer comes on the last time and announces SHINJUKU, LAST STOP. The kids start to wake up and realize that they had slept past their stop. The kids get off and decide to take another route. They all agree to get something to eat, everyone is hungry. Through a crowded group of people outside the subway, they all try to make it through.

"Uh Izzy? The other guys are gone," Joe says realizing that they lost the group. They're in the middle of a giant crowd. Izzy figures that they can use their Digi Vice's to find everyone, but it doesn't seem to work. They walk past a woman handing out free sample. Gomamon sees this and clamps down on the package, the lady held. The woman screams and looks shocked at Gomamon. Joe thinks quick, "BAD DOG! Bad dog!" Izzy and him runs quickly away. They reach the street and walk forward hoping to meet up with the rest of the group.

The opposite side of the street, one of Myotismon's evil Digimon dressed in a large trenchcoat and wearing a wide brimmed hat walks forward...straight toward Joe and Izzy!!! Meanwhile, Joe and Izzy are both walking and they look up and see on the second floor of a restaurant....Sora, Tai, Mimi, Matt and TK...all munching on food. They would have to cross the street to get to the other side, they wait at the light. Myotismon's henchman is about twenty footsteps away. They are about to crash into each other when, two movers bring out a giant painting out from the doors beside Izzy and Joe. The painting is moved out...covering Joe and Izzy, so Myotismon's henchman stands and waits for the painting to be moved aside. The light for the crosswalk changes and Izzy and Joe crosses the street, unharmed.

In the restaurant, everyone compliments the food, even the Digimon! They are all eating cheeseburgers and drinking pop. Joe and Izzy come in, the kids don't even notice that they were gone. Joe asks for some money to buy Izzy and his food. Tai tells Joe that they all used up the money. Joe stares at the group, shocked that they all used up the money and drops his duffle bag with Gomamon in it. Sora explains that they were so hungry that they all ordered the Super Duper Combos. "Great...you spent it all......THAT WAS ALL THE MONEY WE HAD IN THE WORLD!!!!" Joe says, erupting in fire. Joe spits out his complaint, raising his arms high up in injustice. Mimi and Izzy both stare up at him, both surprised that Joe would erupt like that. Joe notices them staring and sulks away. Izzy checks his Digi Vice and sees that it works. That would mean that if they were in a close distance they would detect each other. The group discusses how they will get back home.

"I know a way that won't cost us a penny, just leave it to me," Tai says smiling.

"Aw great, your a genius," Matt says, looking annoyed.

The group all go on the street and find a spot. Tai stands outside and the rest of the kids hide behind the bushes. Tai looks both ways and.....jumps and hollers; asking for a ride. "Help police! My cat's stuck in a tree in ODAIBA and I'lve got to get there right away. So that I can get her down!"

"The police? That's his brilliant idea?" Matt asks Izzy.

"If the police do stop. They'll lock him up for disturbing the peace," Izzy says smiling.

"Looking good Tai," Matt says sarcastically out to Tai.

"Then YOU try to get us a ride. How bout it Matt??!! You think your so smart," Tai says, challenging Matt. The group all hold their breath for Matt's answer. Matt stands there....the group stares......Matt's face turns pink...

"WELL AT LEAST MY CAT'S NOT STUCK IN A TREE!!!" Matt explodes on Tai's face. Everyone lets out their breaths and laugh nervously. They all decide to give it a try.

Joe and Izzy stand out and the rest of them hide behind the bushes. The two jump up and down asking for a taxi. A taxi does comes and opens the passenger seat's door. "You kids want a cab?" The two say yes. "Got any money?" The two shake their heads and say no. The cab closes the door and drives off. The kids all laugh.

In a light blueish mini van, heavy metal is blaring and a young blond headed boy is driving while moving his head up and down with the music. The light blue mini van drives by the kids. "Sora?"

"Hey it's my cousin Drayn," Sora explains.

"Need a lift?" Drayn asks.

"Yeah," Mimi and Sora both say. They both strike poses and say..."GIRL POWER!"

Everyone gets in the blue mini van and Drayn lays down the rules. He explains that they are here only because Sora's his cousin, they are like her luggage. The boys repeat the rules. Drayn explains furthur that luggage doesn't make a sound or they will get thrown out. Drayn stops in front of a red light. He asks if Sora and Mimi will like some gum, it's sugar-less. Sora gives her gum to Yokomon.

"Hey Sora, I think your cousin is a major lame-o," Tai whispers to Sora.

"He's sorta the blacksheep of the family. He's giving us a lift so be nice," Sora whispers back.

"Just make sure he takes us to Odaiba."

Crossing the street is a magician guiding a group of children with balloons, but is it real? It's one of Myotismon's henchmen. Mimi gives her sugarless gum to Palmon, Palmon likes it.

The mini van is crossing a bridge with loud rock music blaring. Mimi asks if he can lower the volume. Drayn can't hear her. Mimi raises her voice higher and says that the music is too loud. Drayn could barely make her out. A news broadcaster interrupts the music and talks about the news. The news is about an explosion near an apartment in Heighton View Terrace. Reports of power outs and the number injured are endless. Witnesses say that they saw a giant elephant and a giant fire bird. Koromon starts to quiver, Tai looks down and asks what's wrong. A look of horror passes his face, "Whoa! Stop the car!"

Drayn parks his car to the edge of the bridge. Everyone is out and Drayn is there looking down at the pink swirly goop on his chair seat. "What's that?!" It's Nume Sludge.

"Koromon you couldn't wait?" Tai asks, Koromon lowers his eyes in shame.

"Which one of you made a mess on my new seat covers?" Drayn asks, looking like he's going to kill someone.

"I'm sorry..." Tai says, starting to step out.

"I was the one, I'll clean it up. I'll even detail it for you," Sora says, stepping in front of Drayn.

"Don't try covering up for these losers. Which one of you did it?" Drayn says, looking at everyone. He sees Joe and runs over to him, and holding him by his collar asks, "It was you, wasn't it?"

"Hey, let him go," Izzy says, running over to help Joe out.

"Back off," Drayn says, pushing Izzy back. Izzy is pushed back, but furthur than expects. Just behind him is an under construction sign and a part of the bridge is missing. Izzy is knocked back and falls through the hole!

"Motimon digi-volve to.....TENTOMON!" Tentomon flys down and holds onto Izzy's foot. "Ugh, you had to have that extra side of chili fries didn't you?" Tentmon holds onto Izzy's foot and starts to fly back up. But a giant white blob on the bottom saw the digivolution light and rises from the water. It's Gesomon. Just take everything nasty underwater and stick them together and that's Gesomon. Drayn sees the giant squid-like digimon and runs for it.

"Good ridence, you were a lousy driver anyway," Gomamon says, sliding over to the edge of the bridge and diving into the water. Gomamon digi-volve to....IKKAKUMON Ikkakumon goes in and fights with Gesomon. Tentomon flys away from the fight.

"Coral Crusher!" Gesomon takes a swipe at Ikkakumon with his giant tentacles. Ikkakumon manages to dodge it and..."Harpoon Torpedo!" It targets it's enemy and Gesomon is knocked back.

"What's going on?" A man walking on the bridge looks and sees two Digimon fighting.

"They're advertising something," Another says.

"Advertising? Come on," A stranger looks over the bridge and says.

"Maybe they're shooting a movie."

"Movie, I don't see any cameras."

In a restaurante, over looking the bridge and water. Three co-workers sit and drink cups of coffee. They look over and see the immense fight. "What's that?!" On a street, right next to the water, a man with his back towards the water is relaxing and sitting on a park bench. A man comes back from a vending machine and sees the fight right before his eyes. "Rough day at work?" The man on the bench asks. "*sigh* Same old same old," The man sits next to his friend on the bench. "My money's on the big hairy one," one man bets.

Ikkakumon blasts again, "Harpoon Torpedo!" Direct hit, Gesomon is destroyed.

Back up on the bridge, Drayn looks around. "Sora? Hey Sora! Where'd all those kids go?"

In the water, a giant white wooly creature is pulling a group on a wooden raft. Joe sits on Ikkakumon's head. The rest of the kids sit on the raft and enjoy the relaxing sunset. "Nice work Ikkakumon, you nailed him!" Joe applauses.

"Anyway wouldn't you want to travel up in the fresh air then that underground subway?"

"This is great!" Sora says.

"And best of all, it's free!" Tai says excitedly.

"Here's good news, now that they've shown themselves we can finally take care of them," Demidevimon says, watching the group sail away on Ikkakumon.

"Next stop home!"

"Does anybody have anything to eat?" Mimi asks.

"Oh Mimi, not that again."

"What? I was just asking," Mimi says innocently.

The Digi Destined head off to home in the setting sun, illuminating them in long shadows; for what they must do will require them to be strong.
