New male artist of the year? Nah. This guy deserves new male artist of the decade. Since the release of his first album MY PLACE IS WITH YOU, Clay Crosse has lived at the top of the charts. And it's no wonder. Have you heard this guy sing? He has offten been compared to a young, less raspy Russ Taff, but in reality, Clay Crosse hit the airwaves with an interpretive ability that surpasses most, yes most, singers. And his songs? "I Surrender All" from his first release and "Let The Rock That Was Rolled Away" from his second release were on the hit lists for months. In fact, dare Isay, they will join my list for Christian classics of the future. He even goes as far as covering tunes by the king of Gospel, Andrae Crouch. Check this guy out.
