Geoff Moore & The Distance
Geoff Moore's first project WHERE ARE THE OTHER NINE produced by Billy Smiley of Whiteheart, was an adult contemporary project with few rock leanings. The title track and "The Bread of Life" were immediate successes. From there Moore and his band The Distance moved into rockier terrain where their cover of the Larry Norman classic, "Why Should The Devil Have All the Good Music" fixed them as a premiere rock act. Several albums later the group has evolved into a more pop oriented, light rock band. However, HOME RUN, showed they boys returning to their rocking roots. From start to finish Moore and company have proved that no matter what the style, they can still go the distance.
