Somebody forgot to tell Hezekiah the rules. Flamboyant and creatively intelligent, Walker directs a choir with the energy of a dancer and the enthusiasm of an old time evangelist. If you only listen to his music you will hear the innovative work of Walker. But if you want to see this man in action, get a video. His rearrangements of traditonals like "Love Lifted Me" combined with musical movement (OK it's really dance, but I don't want to get him in trouble with the nay-sayers), is caught best on film. Gospel choirs have always had the reputation of being excitable. Walker takes it to a new high. And his sharp tenor vocal range and enthusiasm is the icing on the cake.
