Any resemblance between the old Mylon LeFevre and the new is purely coincidental. This does not refer to his musical style change, but the life change that drives the heart of LeFevre. His first song ever to see success was the now classic "Without Him I Could Do Nothing" that he had written at the age of 13 while with his family group The LeFevres. When Elvis recorded this song years later on his gospel album, Mylon suddenly found himself "in the money" but had not yet committed his life to Christ. It was from the bottom of life that Mylon looked up and saw the light of Gospel his family had sung about so often in his childhood. The miraculous change produced one of the most innovative, talented, and dedicated veterans in the ministry of music.
