The late eighties and early nineties could be called the return to the days of quartets...kind of. Four man music teams began showing up everywhere showcasing classic harmonies backed by the power of contemporary Christian music. With their inspirational lyrics and dynamic vocals, NewSong immediately distinguished itself from the quickly growing pack. "Light Your World" and "Arise My Love" grabbed the hearts of radio while novelties like "Say Yes" lightened the mood a bit. The foursome is no more however. In their place is one of the most exciting gathering of musicians in the market. With songs (and videos) like "My Heart Is Already There", the new group (which includes two of the original guys), is redefining themselves and singing a new song.
