Welcome to the Danny and Michelle GL transcripts page... To know me right now is to know how much I love this wonderful couple :) I put up this webpage in the hopes that you will enjoy reading the text version of their relationship (and hey - any excuse to re-watch those scenes!) Drew, Bill, Jesse and Michelle are at Millenium, and start discussing what do after hearing that Mick's dead on the radio (Drew and Michelle accidently killed Mick it seems in self defense after Mick attacked them on the beach) Jesse: Michelle, all I want to do is to make sure that your safe Michelle: It's too late for that Jesse: No, it's not too late, I know your scared but you can make it through this Bill: Not alone she can't Jesse: She's not alone, she's got me Bill: Oh what, now your the hero huh? You can protect her better than the cops? Jesse: No, we can protect her by making sure no one finds out about this okay, and anyway, how do we know that the cops are going to beleive that it was self defense? Michelle: Jesse, Frank Cooper has know me for years, and your going to tell me that Mick Santo doesn't have a record a mile long? Frank would definately beleive me Drew: And so what? You think their going to protect us? Michelle: Yes, I think they would Jesse: Look, everyone listen to me, I grew up in a very shady neighbourhood where I got beaten up and robbed more times than I can count okay. I was out on my own and had to learn a few things about survival and guess what? Cops are never there to protect you when you need them Drew: That's right and I'm not sticking my neck out for Mick's friends to chop my head off Jesse: Oh and by the way try explaining to Mick's friends that it was self defense Bill: The guy is dead here okay people - do you really think we can keep this a secret forever? Jesse: If you want to live Drew: We already decided this was going to to kept to ourselves why are you going back on your word now? (to Michelle and Bill) Michelle: Because that was before we knew we killed him Jesse: It's even more important now okay. Mick's not going to tell anyone, we are the only four people who knows what happened Drew: We are not talking Jesse: No, we are not talking, we're sticking to the same plan - we gotta lay low for a little while Michelle: I can't do that, I have a problem with that, it's too many lies Jesse: No, your not going to have to lie. If anyone even cares their going to ask you where you were and you tell them you were here with me okay Drew: I saw you too Jesse: You were here, say you were here. Lewis, you were here to and Michelle, Drew, you and I, we were all here at Millenium having a good old time Jesse: (to Bill) You say you care about Michelle, here's your chance to prove it Michelle: Hey, no, don't ask him to lie for me Drew: We either lie or we all go down Jesse: Look, this is the only way Michelle Michelle: I can't Jesse: Yes, you can, it's easy Michelle: No, your missing the whole point - I can't lie about this, I can't live with it and I won't live with it Michelle walks off and starts to phone someone.... ********************************************************************* Drew comes over to where Michelle is on the phone and disconnects the call : Who are you calling? Michelle: No one, apparently I was calling Harley Drew: Harley Cooper? (yelling) Michelle: Yes Drew: Are you crazy? Michelle: She's my friend, I just needed some advice Drew: You want advice I'll give you advice, keep your mouth shut. She used to be a cop right? Michelle: Yeah but she's not anymore Drew: Her brother's a detective Michelle: We can trust her Drew: You can't trust anyone Michelle: (sarcastically) Except you? Drew: Look, whether you like it or not we are in this together and what one person does affects the other and I'm not going to get killed because you want to do the right thing Michelle: We can't hide forever Drew Drew: Why not? Mick was a loser Michelle, his own friends will forget about him in a month and we'll be home free Michelle: Home free? Does it bother you at all that we killed someone? Drew: It would bother me alot more if he had killed or raped one of us, it almost happened Michelle: I don't know why he had to come after me, I never did anything to him in the first place Drew: Look, don't think like that, it's over, he's gone - he was crazy you understand and no it's not fair Michelle, it's not fair but when is life fair? Michelle: I don't know - and your going to tell me? Drew: Never, it's not fair that you lost your eyesight, it's not fair that you lost your mother, it's not fair that my father's gone, life sucks, it's not fair but you fight through it and you'll get through this too Michelle: You think so? Drew: Yes, we don't like each other very much Michelle, but out there on that beach we stuck together and we got through it, we pulled away, we got away, you showed guts - you helped me Michelle: Well, you helped me too Drew: He had this coming Michelle Jesse: Everything okay over here ladies? Drew: Yeah, I think Michelle's coming around Bill: It that true? A detective comes up Detective: Excuse me (to Drew) Are you the owner? Drew: Yes I am, how can I help you? De: Detective (?) from Springfield PD, I have some questions for all of you Drew: Sure, about what? De: The death of Mick Santo *********************************************************************
