~BUZZ~'Goodmorning Vancouver! This is Darren B. Lamb, and this Janice Ungaro! Le-' Salina shut her radio alarm off and yawned. 'Time to get up' she smiles to herself. It was summer, alright, and yet, it's freedom! Being graduated from hight school and being free for three whole months, how can it get any better?!? Salina kicked away her covers and stretched. Bright sunlight filled her whole room-"What a beautiful day!" she shouted. Without any waste of time Salina quickly got washed and dressed. Pulled on some drawsting khakis, grey tank and black sandals. She got her hair in to a messy bun and put on some light makeup. Satisfied, she headed down the grand staircase to the kitchen fro some breakfast. As she walked in, her brother, Trevor, was sitting at the table eating his trix and reading the comic section of the paper.

"Hey Trevor!" she smiled as she toasted the bagel

"Hey How did you sleep?"

"Pretty good! You?"

Same, Mom went out and said she'll be back by four."

"oh, okay. You gonna do anything today?"

"Yup! gonna hang over at Steve's. I'll be back in time for dinner, k?"

"Yup! Have fun!"

"Sure will! Love ya 'sis!"

"love ya too!" Salina laughed

Trevor headed out the door and Salina jsut sat in the kitchen eating her bagel. Five mintues past and she finshed. She left her plate in the sink and headed to her room.

"Gosh! It's too quiet here...I'll play some music."

Salina took out her Mariah Carrey #1's and played it. Since there was very less to day, she got her book and read on her bed. For the few minutes, seh was so into her book she barley noticed the phone ringing. She picked up the phone...

"'ello?"

"Hey Salina!"

"Hi Jasmine! What's up?"

I'm soooo freak'n bored here! Wanna head to Metropolis and do shopping?"

"yeah sure! i'll come pick you up in Five minutes, k?"

Okay! See ya soon!"

They hung up. Salina grabbed her purse and went out the door. Walking to the driveway, she got in her silver beetle and drove to Jasmine's.
