According to some sources, Project Deliverance began in the early 1970s as a trade exchange program for aliens and humans. This program taught aliens how to camp in the wilderness regions of Earth. It also taught them the art of white water rafting, as well as teaching them how to squeal like a pig.

As rumor has it, the program ended when an alien reported being sexually molested by a fat, hairy, squealing man wearing a flannel shirt. This report was quickly dismissed when one alien alleged that one of the men involved in the incident was actor Burt Reynolds! The aliens mostly disliked this trade exchange program, except for the banjo lessons.

FBI officials claim that Project Deliverance is actually an agreement between the U.S. and the Russians, designed to "take back" Earth territories seized by the Gray Aliens. The Americans and Russians were to call an end to the Cold War so they could merge forces to battle a common and most fierce enemy...the Grays! Of course this is what the KGB lovin' FBI says...and who believes them, right? So you can believe whatever you want to. We just wanted to make you aware of the situation.
