Some Spookie Halloween Recipes

"Ghosts in the Graveyard"

1 pkg. (16) oz. chocolate sandwich cookies

3 1/2 cups of cold milk

2 pkg. chocolate flavor instant pudding (4 serving size)

1 tub (12) oz. cool whip

Crush cookies in zip lock bag or in food processor.

Pour milk into large bowl and add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes. Gently stir in 3 cups of the whipped topping and 1/2 cup of the crushed cookie mix. Spoon into a 13x9 dish or pan. Sprinkle with remaining crushed cookies.

Refrigerate for 1 hour

To decorate graveyard decorate with assorted cookies with decorationed icing names on them. to look like a tombstone. insert into the graveyard.......Slant them to give them a scarey affect. Also add cany pumpkins and candy corn and tiny jelly beans or gummy snakes. Drop remaining whipped cream topping by spoonfuls to look like ghosts. Decorate with lil choc. chips for the eyes.........






"Spoooooooky Eyeball Tacos"

I lb. ground beef

1 pkg. taco seasoning

1 box taco shells

shredded lettuce

chopped tomatoes

diced onions

shredded cheese

Black olives

Sour cream

Mix meat and seasoning mix. Shape into 1" balls. Place in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Fill each of the 12 taco shells with 1 meatball and rest of the ingred. Lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese. Top each one with two more meat balls dipped in sour cream. dd a slice of olive to make them eyeballs. Makes 12 servings.
