The scene opens at the outside of BtBM Ice Land, a local skating rink(heh heh^_~). A van pulls up into the parking lot. Once parked, the doors open and the passengers exit, with much pushing, shoving, falling, screaming, swearing, etc. Last to exit is the driver, a a beautiful but exasperated looking woman with *a lot* of blonde hair. The party draws much attention from those passing by- no one has seen so many good looking people in one place before. Come to think of it, no one has seen such skinny and long limbed people before either.

       The aesthetically pleasing but underfed group creates quite a commotion indoors from the moment they walk (and in one case, fly) in. One half hour and several traumatized employees later, each person has their correct size ice skates on. It was particularly difficult finding the right ones for the fairy and the little fluffy-marshmellow-bunny-thing.

       The first to step out onto the ice is a short red haired girl. She immediately slips and grabs the railing for support. Her feet are giving way under her on the slippery ice, but she resolutely pulls herself into a relatively upright position. "Hikaru-san, are you okay?" asks a short haired bespectacled girl in green. Hikaru attempts to steady herself and replies, "I'll be fine, Fuu-chan!" and stumbles bravely across the ice, muttering "I said I would do my best, I said I would do my best, I said I would do my best..." to herself. "For the ice skates Presea gave her life for-" Presea taps her on the shoulder. "Er, never mind." Stepping onto the ice for the first time as well, Presea has a similar experience and two cling nervously to each other and and the railing.

       Umi and Fuu exchange looks. Umi, being an excellent skater, steps onto the ice and begins zipping around the rink, nearly running down the struggling Hikaru and impressing as many fellow skaters as she can. Poor Hikaru can barely manage with Presea(or maybe it's Sierra, we can't tell) hanging on and Nova expertly skating circles around them and taunting her, declaring "But Hikaru, I love you!" all the while. Fuu sighs, and follows her blue-haired friend, unsteady at first but getting the hang of it quickly. The rest of the group proceeds onto the ice as well. Ferio, not being able to skate, decides to spend the entire time leaning against the railing while looking nonchalant. Lafarga has the same idea. Their plan is foiled as Fuu and Caldina seize their respective men by the arm and drag them across the ice.

       Ascot, who had been hoping to catch up with Umi, finds the best he can do is hang on fearfully to the railing. "Beast Summon, help me out here!" Tatra glides gracefully across the ice and teases her much more clumsy, falling younger sister. Umi and Caldina join in the "Everyone, Let's Laugh at Tarta" game. Umi then flees in terror as Tarta sends her djinn after her. The collective expression of the other skaters can only be described as: O.O;;;;;; Meanwhile, a frantic Chang Eng tries to keep up with the energetic but inexperienced Aska as she flails across the ice with an unwilling Sang Yung in tow.

       Geo surprises everyone by being an excellent skater ("I took eight years of fine arts before I joined the military"). Eagle finally ventures out onto the ice. It is discovered that ice is bad for mysterious illnesses. However, a certain girl who might be typing a certain MKR-ice skating parody may also be a big fan of a certain Autozam commander. Thus, Eagle is healthy, or was up until this moment. Whether or not he remains so lies in his skating abilities.

       It it is discovered that Eagle has no skating abilities. He spends the entire time nervously clinging to Geo. Zazu isn't much better, but spots a cute, short (note: short people rule!) girl and takes off determinedly after her.

       Clef, Lantis, Alcyone, and Sierra(well, maybe it's Presea) all can't skate, and they don't want to ruin their cool images by making fools of themselves in the middle of the rink. They stick to the side and try to look cool while having, er, interesting conversations:
Sierra(maybe): "I had this really weird dream last night..."
Alcyone: "I saw this Disney Channel original movie that reminded me of this Hallmark original movie..."
Lantis: "I had this nasty thought- what if you were trying on pants, and the person that tried them on before you..."
Clef: "Hey, I'll give you a line from a song and you have to guess what song and what movie it's from..."

Eventually, Hikaru, Eagle, and (possibly)Presea skate(well, sort of skate, sort of crawl) over and drag everyone away for a hockey game. Everyone but Alcyone, who maintains an icy-cool look until everyone is gone, after which her face immediately saddens. "*sniffle*...and I knew that song was from The Little Mermaid too..."

       Emeraude and Zagato are on the ice as well. Emeraude doesn't have pillar duty, perhaps because a certain girl typing a certain parody might want to be nice because she may think Megumi Ogata-voiced characters are spiffy. The couple is pretty bad, however they clumsily make their way around the ice hand in hand. Preteen girls giggle over how hot Zagato is and what a cute couple he and Emeraude are. Little girls decide they want to be just like Emeraude when they grow up. Older couples see them as well; "Look dear! Isn't that sweet! They're just like us when we first met!". Couples having trouble are inspired to give the relationship another chance.

       Ascot, Primera, and Alcyone observe and are depressed.

       No one can judge Primera's skating abilities because, being so small no one notices her, her attention is focused on staying alive as she is almost run over by ice skates many times. She decides to concentrate on flying around and attacking other skaters with the blades of her ice skates.

       Meanwhile, (perhaps)Presea recruits Ascot and Alcyone. The others wait as she gathers the others from their various positions around the rink for her hockey game.
Clef: "Ok, where's this lyric from..."
Lantis: "........."
Tatra: "C'mon Lantis, don't you think you could make conversation just this once?"
Lantis: "Well...I had another thought. What if you were trying on shoes, and the person who tried them on before you..."
Hikaru: "Hey Eagle, how come you're not hacking out your insides anymore?"
Eagle: "Actually, I figured that 'illness' out. See, I was on this ear infection medication, and I didn't read the side effects on the label closely enough."
Zazu: "So Aska...how old are you again?"
Aska: o_O;;;

(probably)Presea returns with the rest of the gang, and the hockey teams are chosen. The game commences when a soft, fluffy puck is found.
"PUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!"
